#WHERE WE ARE
We are located in beautiful Riccione, the Green Pearl of the Adriatic, just a stone’s throw from the trendiest beaches. Our address is Viale Palestrina 12, perfectly positioned to easily reach all the key spots.
By Car
It’s very easy to reach our hotel by car. If you're coming from the A14 highway, simply take the Riccione or Rimini Sud exit, and you’ll be here in just a couple of kilometers.
By Train
The Riccione train station is only 1.4 km from the hotel, while the Rimini station is 9.5 km away. From Rimini station, you can take bus no. 11 to Riccione and get off at stop 45. The hotel is just a few meters from the stop, so no worries about dragging luggage around!
You can also reach us easily by the new coastal metro, with the nearest stops being Alba or Dante.
By Plane
From Bologna Marconi Airport, there’s a convenient shuttle service to Riccione, which takes about an hour. The service is daily and can be booked on www.shuttleriminibologna.it or by calling 0541/600100. From Rimini/Miramare Federico Fellini Airport, you can take a taxi, as we’re just 2 km away. If you're coming by FLIXBUS from various Italian cities, Riccione has several stops. Check the map to find the most convenient one to reach the hotel.
By Car

Hello everyone, we are Franco, Simonetta, and Lorenzo, passionate travelers.
We often wonder about the true essence of travel, and the answers we give are many, touching on various aspects. But the most important thing for us is to create a special experience for our guests, one that stays with them even after they leave, when they return to their everyday life, carrying the memories of those days spent here with us. We once saw a hotel in Australia made entirely of sand, and it left a lasting impression on us.
We dream that our charming hotel here in Riccione could be built from sand, right on the nearby Marano Beach. What a dream that would be! Our approach to hospitality is youthful, and we are constantly evolving, just like our ever-changing clientele from Italy and abroad.
While our hotel is not made of sand, it’s a unique bed & brunch, very close to the beach where little ones build sandcastles, teenagers play volleyball, girls soak up the sun or relax at our lifeguard’s spa, and dads take a well-deserved nap after playing or swimming in the sea with their kids.
We look forward to welcoming you from April to October, as well as during our special winter openings for trade shows and events, always hoping to offer you a wonderful experience!

#PARKING
A convenient and easily accessible paid parking lot with 5/6 spaces + 2 in front of the hotel itself is also available next to the hotel.
For reasons of space and proper organization they should be reserved in advance by email or added as a request in the estimates.
Otherwise it is possible to park in municipal blue spaces at a maximum cost of 10 euros per day .
For those who cannot find space in our parking lots or do not want to have any charges, there are several free parking areas in the area,
which we will be happy to point out to you upon your arrival at the facility.
We remind you for those who must arrive at the hotel that we participate in the Riccione by Train campaign.
