First of all, we inform you that we are going to reopen by early June 2020 and in order to do so in the best possible way we are sanitizing all the rooms and getting ready to work safely.

#CLEANING AND SANITIZATION

Rooms will be sanitized after check-out.
Linen will be sanitized every time it is washed.
We will use specific medical products for all surfaces, in the proper concentrations, supplied by a certified company.
Each common space will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized through specific procedures.
Outdoor areas will be sanitized every 2 weeks (or even more frequently based on flows).
All areas subject to public transit will be constantly sanitized.
As for daily cleaning, guests will also be able to tidy up their room by themselves with the products and equipment supplied by us, thus saving 4 euros per day.

#DAILY RULES

Common areas and restaurants: breakfasts and dinners will be served in full compliance with social distancing, as established by the law. The buffet brunch starts at 8.00 am and ends at 2.00 pm, so there is plenty of time and no lines and gatherings will form. Moreover, the tables will always be spaced out.
Breakfast/brunch can be eaten in various places this year: in the restaurant room, as specified above, on the roof-garden terrace on the fourth floor of the hotel at a table of your choice, on the balcony of your room by picking your favorite food from the buffet, or directly on the beach.
As for dinner, you will be able to reserve our restaurants at favorable agreed prices, or have it catered on the large terrace of the hotel or even on the terrace of your room.

#COMMON SENSE

Masks, gloves, and water-alcohol solutions for hand cleansing will be available to customers who do not have them (for a fee).
The use of the mask inside the hotel is not mandatory, but it is good practice when moving along the corridors and through common areas. We will all use it to guarantee both your and our safety.
A control protocol for suspected Covid-19 cases has been drawn up and can be implemented at any time by the Covid Manager.
All personnel are duly trained and made safe for the control of Covid-19.
